Kia Kaha

Kia kaha is a Māori phrase often heard in New Zealand, meaning "stay strong." It's a powerful affirmation of resilience — not just physical, but emotional strength too.

Strength doesn’t mean life is easy. It means finding ways to move forward, even in difficult times.

Wherever you are on your mental health or therapy journey, may you always find the strength within to follow the path that's right for you.
